At present we only deliver to UK addresses. Items can be collected from the Museum, by prior arrangement, for no extra charge.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you have any concerns, we offer exchange or a full refund for items returned, in good condition, within 28 days of delivery. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please note that when returning an item the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.
Where possible, we recommend returning items in their original packaging, and obtaining proof of posting from the Post Office.
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
For items which may be faulty, damaged or not as described please contact us first for instructions, and if possible send us a photograph of the item.
Your return will be processed within 14 days.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure accurate descriptions and photographs for each of our products, you will appreciate that handmade craft items are subject to minor variations in size, colour and shape.
In particular, sizes are given as a guide only.
Wherever possible we use recycled and/or recyclable materials.
We comply at all times with the provisions and obligations of the Data Protection Act 2018.
All payments are made securely and we do not have access to your card details.
None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions replace your legal rights as a consumer.
